How to Create a Report

  • Attached the scanned file of invitation program it can be in marathi. (in same pdf)

  • Program Schedule.

  • Upload pdf : Report of the event. (min. 200 words : Compulsory in English : Rename the pdf with name of the event and date)

    e.g : 02Oct2021_Gandhijayani.pdf / Download Template Here

  • Geo Tag Photos of the event. (Min. 2 to Max. 5 : Rename images with name of event and date)

    e.g : 02Oct2021_Gandhijayani.jpg

  • Participant’s list. (Attendance with Signature)

  • Other additional information.

Before visiting to google form, Make sure that you have all the necessary files and photos in ready position. (Event Report PDF in min. 200 Words & Geo Tag photos : min 2 to max 5).
